1. Information we collect
When you use Lair of Fire, we collect information you provide directly, including:
- Account information (email address, display name)
- Goal data (goals, actions, progress, proof submissions)
- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
- Communications (messages and proof media you send in a goal chat). Proof photos and videos are deleted 90 days after the goal is resolved; the text of the conversation is kept.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve our accountability platform
- Match Igniters with Keepers
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send notifications related to your goals and account activity
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the product (via PostHog)
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Stripe -- for payment processing
- Supabase -- for data storage and authentication
- PostHog -- for product analytics
- Discord -- only if you choose to sign in with a Discord account. Goal conversations happen in the app, not on Discord.
- AI providers -- for goal review features (your goal text only, not personal identifiers)
4. Data security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Export your data
- Opt out of analytics tracking
- Cancel your subscription at any time
6. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use PostHog for product analytics, which uses cookies to track identified users only. You can opt out of tracking in your browser settings.
